Stella Artois was originally brewed for Christmas in 1366. Still a seasonal staple, the brand sees its sales decline in summer months. Cue Stella Solstice, a limited-edition lager to enjoy under the sun. We prepared for launch in Spring 2020 with a huge outdoor lifestyle shoot, and then COVID lockdown happened… We had to change plans quickly.
So over the next 6 weeks, we created Anheuser-Busch’s first 360 CGI campaign, with 50+ assets from bus wraps to broadcast… A project I managed and art directed FULLY in pajama pants and a Sublime crewneck.
Sales and reception smashed benchmarks and A-B decided to to keep Stella Solstice brewing all year long.
